And just like that… In a fairly fascinating Bloomberg story on the Disney takeover of Lucasfilm, George Lucas pretty much admits that Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher are returning for Episode VII. Of course, he could be joking.
Carrie Fisher says she’s coming back as Princess Leia for Episode VII. Though Lucasfilm hasn’t confirmed anything, with Mark Hamill admitting talks and Harrison Ford reportedly in negotiations, chances are good we’ll see the original Star Wars stars show up in the new films.

Mark Hamill: “They’re talking to us” about Episode VII. It’s been reported that Harrison Ford was in talks, but Hamill confirms that they’re talking to the others as well. He also says that they won’t be recasting the parts if the actors don’t want to return - and thank George for that!
More fodder to base rumors on! Speaking of, today’s says that Luke and Leia/Han’s kids - including a female Skywalker - are the focus of the new trilogy or trilogies. What an exciting time to calibrate your bullshit detector!
