We’ve already seen the blurb, but now io9 has the cover for John Jackson Miller’s Kenobi! It’s pretty standard, but nice and simple: Glad to see not every cover we’re getting this year is photoshop trickery!

Kenobi will be out in hardcover on August 27. Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that July 9th’s Crucible will contain an excerpt.

Star Wars out this week: Dawn of the Jedi: Into the Void by Tim Lebbon is out now; I reviewed it! Out Wednesday (5/7) is Star Wars #5 by Brian Wood with art from Carlos D’Anda.

Celebrate May the 4th with brand-new excerpts from two upcoming Star Wars novels. There’s the first chapter of Troy Denning’s Crucible (July 9) and 50 pages of Tim Lebbon’s Dawn of the Jedi: Into the Void (May 7.)
