Saw Carrie Fisher perform at, of all places, the Brea Improv.  Had never been to this particular venue, it’s very small and intimate….and definitely way off the beaten track!  She kept commenting about performing in “BREA” LOL….She also made light of the marquee “Carrie Fisher From Star Wars”—-she said it was like that was the only thing she’d done or that she’s from some weird place with it’s own zip code called Star Wars!

Very funny and at times, touching performance….most of the time, she took questions from the audience and was able to make funny, off the cuff remarks about them.  One person asked her if she’s ever watched all 6 “Star Wars” movies back to back.  Her response?  ”Are you outta your f—king mind?!”  That got a big laugh!

Love the tag line on one of the posters “Instant gratification takes too long” LOL!  Also, when the show ended, they played “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” !!
