ACTUALLY GOING TO STUFF! WHENEVER I WANTED TO! Sorry, it’s still kind of new. And getting to chill with folks, naturally.

I actually really enjoy being there to learn things and report things and yes, I gleefully skipped panels to blog stuff, NO REGRETS.

It was also neat to see people actually bugfuck excited about Star Wars stuff. It’s really, really easy to forget that when it’s all via computer.

Also, you know, and LJ pals I’m sorry if this is a repeat, but only ONCE did the subject of canon and continuity come up where I could hear it. (And it was at Del Rey, where we all expected it to come up, but it was, like, the last or second to last question, I think. Or maybe it was just cause all the canon-mad folks went Leland Chee’s panel. Whatever.) Not a favorite part, per say, just something very unexpected and refreshing.
