Getting to see and meet the people I talk to online all the damn timing. Seeing CJers, particularly since so many of them passed up Origins because of Celebration.

Honestly, everything else, even the news stuff, pales behind that. It’s why I sign up, sight unseen. It’s why I’ve volunteered at every damn Celebration I’ve been to until now, because I knew I’d be hanging with CJers.

On the other hand, it’s a little terrifying, meeting people I’ve only known online. But it always ends up a little like this:
